On Saturday June 26 – Sunday June 27 (9:00AM-7:00PM) Evergreen Trail & Kingsley Estate will be hosting a Neighborhood Yard Sale. If you plan to have a yard sale this summer, we encourage you to join us! To participate, get registered.

How to Register (Kingsley Estate Residents): Contact Neighborhood Association Representative.

How to Register (Evergreen Trail Residents): If you have your dues paid the Association will do the work for you, and your $5.00 registration fee will be waived.

Email us @ EvergreenTrailAssociation1@gmail.com with your Name, & Address by 6/18. We’ll pick up your yard sale sign and deliver it to you by 6/19, and your home will be added to our Neighborhood Yard Sale Map for all shoppers to see.

If you have yet to pay your dues; go to the City Clerk’s Office, provide them with your Name and Address, and register for June 26 and/or June 27 | Cost $5.00
