About Dues

Neighborhood dues help the Association, the Beautification Committee, and residents of Evergreen Trail to enhance the value of our neighborhood and properties through such things as, events, landscaping, and maintenance.

Annual dues collection begins the Spring of each year, and each household will receive a notification via mail or email for the Neighborhood Dues Drive.

Thanks to our dues, here are some of the tasks we have achieved:

• Neighborhood Events

• Annual association meetings for all residents

• Beautification, landscaping, and upkeep of neighborhood entrance islands
